Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The wrong product is delivered.
  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused.
  • Include original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and invoices.

Refunds

After the returned product passes inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Products

Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return or refund.
